Normally customers require complete mold,but sometimes in order to save time,clients only need to import core&cavity inserts for assembly,so we would provide seperate inserts by air freight with machining dimension reports to our customers.In this case,it will save half time for customers.
Almost all molds are automatic running,so we will make some fixtures to meet the molds full automatic production.Of course,you only need to give us your concept or original ideas,our engineers will bring your thoughts into the world as successful innovations.
We also offer various aluminum and steel components machining,including turning parts,CNC parts,lathe parts and so on.Meantime we can provide treatment such as anodizing,paint and so on.
